This User Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legally binding agreement between you, the user (“User”), and The Leonardo Centre on Business for Society at Imperial College London, the provider of the GOLDEN Sustainability Dataset (“Provider”). By accessing and using the GOLDEN Sustainability Dataset on our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
- ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

3.2 Data Integrity: The User agrees not to attempt to access or use data beyond the authorized scope of this Agreement and will not attempt to circumvent any security measures implemented by the Provider.
- INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The User acknowledges and agrees that the GOLDEN Sustainability Dataset, including all content, data, and information contained therein, is the property of the Provider and is protected by intellectual property laws.
- DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The GOLDEN Sustainability Dataset is provided “as is,” without any warranties, express or implied. The Provider makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the dataset.
- LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall the Provider be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of the GOLDEN Sustainability Dataset.
- AMENDMENTS
The Provider reserves the right to modify or amend this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website. Users are encouraged to review the Agreement regularly.
- TERMINATION
The Provider reserves the right to terminate or suspend the User’s access to the GOLDEN Sustainability Dataset at any time, without prior notice, for any reason.
- GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction].
